FTPS 2021-2022 PDP Template -- Please work with your Primary Evaluator to complete your goals. The first goal listed on the template is a district improvement goal that we are approaching collectively as a district. The second one ought to be derived from your most recent evaluation; for most of us, this will have occurred in June 2019. The third goal is derived from a PLC, Content Area, or School initiative. Please note: The template is for your guidance; your Primary Evaluator will provide feedback on your PDP via Frontline (MyLearningPlan) as we did last year.

We will strengthen our student-centered learning environment through collaboration and teamwork by differentiating instruction, incorporating student choice and flexibility, and implementing highly effective strategies and resources to promote high student growth and proficiency.
