We are a non for profit organisation that services the Franklin Community by offering over 1000 , toys, puzzles and educational aids for hire to our members. It's like having Christmas all over again every 2 weeks!
Why Join a Toy Library?
Toys are the tools of play that help children develop their social awareness, imagination, visual motor capabilities and thinking processes. Quality toys can be expensive, children quickly become bored with a toy and then the toy and its packaging are added to our overflowing landfill waste.
Joining our toy library only costs an affordable termly or annual membership fee saving you money and space from buying new toys. We have a range of items covering all stages of growth and development and we provide an opportunity to meet other caregivers and parents to share concerns and make new friends.
Click and Collect Service available year-round as well as during lockdown level 2 & 3 making accessing toys even easier.
Open Hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays 9:30 - 11:30 am.
(we are closed during school holidays, long weekends and public holidays).

Clean toys are very important especially at this time to stop the spread of viruses and bacteria. The Librarians will be taking every possible pre-caution to maintain the health and safety of every member and the wider community. We will be extra vigilant with the cleaning and sanitising of all toys being loaned or returned
