Spring Musical Pit

We can't wait to hear our Saber Theater musicians fill the theater with crazy, kooky & spooky music!  Below is all the information regarding the Pit Orchestra for our Spring Musical The Addams Family.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Umhoefer via email allison.umhoefer@franklin.k12.wi.us

Important Dates:

• THURSDAY, JANUARY 2: FULL-SHOW READ THROUGH WITH CAST, CREW, PIT, 2:45-6:00 PM

• THURSDAY, JANUARY 16: Pit orchestra read-through rehearsal, 11 AM-1 PM (Pizza lunch and sight-reading, post-FHS final exams)

• WEDNESDAYS, JANUARY 22, 29, FEBRUARY 5, 12, 19, 26: Pit orchestra rehearsals, 6:30-8:30 PM

• WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5: SITZPROBE WITH CAST/CREW, 3-6 PM (NO CONFLICTS)

• THURSDAY, MARCH 6: Spring musical company dinner + run-through (Orchestra watch), 5-9 PM

• MONDAY, MARCH 10: Dress rehearsal, 4:00-9 PM (NO CONFLICTS)

• TUESDAY, MARCH 11: Dress rehearsal, 4:00-9 PM (NO CONFLICTS)

• WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12: Dress rehearsal, 4:00-9 PM (NO CONFLICTS)

• THURSDAY, MARCH 13: PERFORMANCE @ 6 PM (5:15 PM CALL TIME)

• FRIDAY, MARCH 14: SCHOOL DAY SHOW @ 9 AM, PM PERFORMANCE @ 7 PM (6:15 PM CALL TIME)

• SATURDAY, MARCH 15: PERFORMANCE @ 7 PM (6:15 PM CALL TIME)

• SUNDAY, MARCH 16: PERFORMANCE @ 2 PM (1:15 PM CALL TIME; STRIKE AFTER THE SHOW)
