Analysis

The Center for Watershed Research and Service Analytical Laboratory is part of Saint Francis University's School of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). The goal of the laboratory is to provide accurate and affordable analyses for environmental issues related to water quality and conservation.

Our lab offers analyses for metals (calcium, aluminum, lead, iron, cadmium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, zinc, nickel, chromium, barium, potassium, etc.), anions (i.e., chloride, nitrate, phosphate, sulfate), organics (i.e., TOC, BOD, COD), bacteria (Total and Fecal Coliforms), and basic water quality (i.e., pH, alkalinity, TDS, TSS, TVS) parameters in both drinking water and non-potable water. The fee-based analyses are available to all individuals.
