Christian Meditation

A message form the Catholic Children’s Society:

We appreciate what a challenging time this is for many children and families and are developing various resources to support children and families.

Recently we have collaborated with the World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM) to develop videos which provide short meditation sessions which children and young people can participate in, whether in school or based at home. These sessions are inspired by meditation in the tradition of John Main OSB and we are grateful for the support of Father Laurence Freeman OSB in developing these.
