Google Docs is what is known as a "word processing" program. Mostly, we use it to type things, but you can also put in pictures, tables, and more.
Google Slides is used as a presentation program, but it can also be used to make digital books or comic books, posters, and much more.
Google Hangouts is an easy-to-use chat program that you can use to chat with anyone on a Google Account.
Google Tasks exists within Mail, Calendar, and Drive. It is found on the right side of those windows. Tasks can be used to create to-do lists that you can see across Google Apps and even on your phone. You can even put tasks in different folders.
As with Google Tasks, Keep can be found in the right side of Mail, Calendar, and Drive. Keep is simply a note taking program that you can access across platforms and on your phone. Unlike Tasks, Keep can be shared with collaborators and has its own location online.
