• Diamonds / in-game currency

• Inventory and equipped items

• Account identifiers

Welcome to Roly Poly Fighter! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roly Poly Fighter mobile application. By downloading, installing, or playing the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. User Accounts To access certain features (such as saving progress, leaderboards, and inventory), you may need to create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items Roly Poly Fighter includes virtual currency (“Diamonds”) and virtual in-game items.

• No Real-World Value: Diamonds and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the game.

• Purchases are Final: All purchases of virtual currency or items are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Revocation: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency and items at our sole discretion, without liability to you.

3. User Conduct and Anti-Cheating We want Roly Poly Fighter to be a fair and fun environment for everyone. You agree NOT to:

• Use hacks, exploits, cheats, bots, or third-party software designed to modify the game experience or gain an unfair advantage.

• Disrupt, overburden, or aid in the disruption of our servers (Google Firebase).

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts. If we detect fraudulent activity or cheating, we may permanently ban your account and wipe your game data.

4. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to Roly Poly Fighter (including characters, art, music, code, UI, and overall design) are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

5. Advertisements and Third-Party Links Our app displays advertisements via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these ads or the products/services offered by third-party advertisers. Clicking on any ads is at your own risk.

6. Termination You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account (via the in-game settings) and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time, without notice, if we suspect you have violated these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• Roly Poly Fighter is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs/crashes.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including loss of data or loss of virtual currency.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
