Speakers: All speakers should join (if possible) 10 minutes before starting their session in order to check that everything works correctly.
(Long) Talksare expected to be approximately 25 minutes long + time for questions.
Flash Talks are expected to be maximum 5 minutes long.
Discussions:After the flash presentations we will open an independent room for each of the presenters. This will allow discussions in parallel in smaller groups, within the same zoom meeting.
If you want to be able to move freely among the different rooms, please make sure to have installed the later version of zoom. Otherwise the host can in principle move you through the different rooms.
We are very sorry we cannot offer you any refreshments, but we hope that this still can help to increase some networking among young (or not so young) people !
