All graduates will be allowed one passenger vehicle (no commercial vehicles, limousines, etc. will be admitted to the ceremony). Any family with extenuating circumstances should contact Denise Martin at martind@fpsct.org

The event is private, and thus only open to graduates and their family who can fit safely into one vehicle, faculty/staff, and public officials with invitations to the event.
Graduates must wear their school-issued cap and gown. Caps can be decorated on top but must be appropriate for a school-sponsored event.
There will be access to a large viewing screen, radio transmission, and live stream video.
Please plan accordingly as there will limited access to restrooms available on site per FVHD guidance.
The Farmington Police Department will be on hand to help direct traffic.
All students/families will park in a designated space (similar to a graduation seat). These assigned spaces will be marked on your ticket and should be displayed in your dashboard.
Specific timelines for graduation are:
Graduates’ Row L-O (Last name Pe-Z arrive 4-4:15pm)
Graduates’ Row H-K (Last name Gil-Pes arrive 4:15-4:30pm)
Graduates’ Row C-G (Last name A-Gib and Student Council/ BoE arrive 4:30-4:45pm)
Special Guests Row A-B (4:45-5:00)
Health guidance at this time requires students and families to remain in their vehicle and to observe social distancing recommendations. All directions will be given by the Farmington Police Department and FHS Administration. Appropriate personal protective equipment including masks must be worn by all students when they are receiving diplomas. Please do not attend graduation if you are not feeling well.
Further details on the receipt of diplomas will be discussed at graduation. At this time, students will observe graduation from their cars. Class advisors will call the name of each graduate. Graduates will walk across the stage after receiving their their diploma envelope. Graduates may return to their vehicle after receiving their diploma and remain for the duration of the ceremony. Please note a rain date is scheduled for Monday, June 15, 2020. If the decision is made to move graduation due to inclimate weather, all participants will be notified via email.
