EXCL on the Road

New Program!!

EXCL Summer Camp students are able to sign up for our new EXCL on the Road Field Trip program. Students will be able to participate in any or all field trips offered during specific weeks of camp. Please see below for more information about the program:

• Cost of each field trip is an extra $50 fee per trip signed up for.

• Students must be enrolled in the week of EXCL Camp to attend the trip

• Students must be attending the West Woods Kindergarten -8th-grade camp to enroll.

• Students will take a bus from camp to all trip locations

• Due to ticket sales for each of these trips, by signing up you are responsible for the cost of the trip. If you need to cancel it must be in writing to Camp Admin at least 2 weeks prior to the trip date.

• We do not prorate for vacations or illnesses.

• Lunch is not provided & you must pack a lunch.

• EXCL Tuition accounts must be current for your child(ren) to successfully attend the program. Also, payment of the trip must be paid prior to the field trip.
  
  

Please note that we must hit a minimum of students to successfully run each week.
