Welcome to my page! I am Mrs. Beavers and I will be your business computer applications teacher this year.

I am not only a teacher, but also a wife, mother and college student. I have been married for nine years to my best friend and we have two beautiful children. I am currently enrolled and working toward a masters degree in Educational Leadership through ULM.

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. We enjoy traveling together and exploring new places. Another thing that I love to do is cook and can fruits and vegetables during the summer months. My favorite thing to can is pears. My family eats them all the time so I can almost everyday that we are home during the summer. One of my other favorites is reading. I don't get to do this as often as I used to, but I still try to find time.

This year will begin my sixth year teaching, but only my second year teaching BCA. I have taught Fine Arts Survey, Career Readiness, Civics, World Geography, World History and American History in my time here at FPHS.

I am looking forward to this year and getting to know you better.
