How do I log into Testimonial Tree?
Log into ACE, from the Dashboard Type keyword "Tree" in the search bar, click on the Testimonial Tree single sign-on link. You will not be required to enter a password.
You will be Prompted to Connect your Testimonial Tree Account to your: Zillow, Google My Business, and Facebook Accounts. You will be asked to type in the email address associated with each account. If you do not have an account
How do I update my Profile?
Update your contact information, picture, and social media links in your ACE Profile and they will sync to your Testimonial Tree Account. You can edit the About me and website links on your TT profile Steps

The best way to ask for reviews is by sending a text or email that includes your link: Add a Collection Link to your Email
Realtor.Com Link - you can log into Relator.com. Your testimonials will show under recommendations. You will not be able to sync the reviews from Realtor.com to your TT account.
Zillow, Google, and Facebook Reviews are a one-way sync into Testimonial Tree. These third-party review sites do not allow other reviews to be displayed on them.

Synching Reviews from 3rd Party Sites can take up to 48 Hours depending upon the number of reviews. All 4+ Ratings for third parties will automatically publish to your Site/Widgets.
How to Remove or Unpublish a Testimonials
I can't see my reviews on my Agent Bio or the custom Widget I created. - Contact SolutionCenter@foxroach.com and they will toggle your ACE Profile to show the Testimonial Tree.
You can unpublish any reviews that are not applicable to your Site or Widgets.
How to Review Surveys that were sent out. NOTE: Surveys are created by the brokerage and sent out after your transaction closes in the Document Transaction Room (coming soon!). You cannot create your own survey at this time.
Facebook Tab - you can't add this to your business page unless you have more than 2000 followers! These are Facebook rules.
