At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors and The Trident Group, we want everyone in our company to have the opportunity to realize their full potential. So we created the Minority Professionals Group with a goal of fostering an inclusive culture. Our group will provide opportunities to discuss shared experiences and create greater awareness and understanding of the challenges we face today. We will also strive to provide professional development, mentoring and networking opportunities to increase minority representation at all levels of our organization.
