We are happy to be able to provide professional marketing services at a rate that is significantly less expensive than the rates for freelance marketing. An agent's first 30 minute meeting is free. Marketing Concierge services are then billed at $30 per hour and in partial increments dependent on the time required to complete the work. This includes meeting time and project work done outside of meetings. 

Your Marketing Concierge will provide a time estimate before embarking on projects so you know what to expect and can approve in advance. At this time, you'll provide any details, info, photos, etc that the Marketing Concierge needs to start your project.

Accounting processes our invoices every two weeks, so any work done during these two weeks would get automatically and securely charged to your payment method on file at that time. You'll then receive an email receipt for your records. 

Because of this billing schedule, any work done within those two weeks is processed, whether or not the project is wholly complete. Larger projects therefore are often paid in stages, as they span several billing periods. We are always committed to finishing the work and working on rounds of edits with the agent as necessary, so receiving a bill for part of a project is normal and does not necessarily indicate the project is complete. Ask your Marketing Concierge if you have any questions about the status of your project(s).

Marketing Concierge services are automatically paid every two weeks by your secure payment method on file. Services cannot be paid by commission deduction or cash. 

The Marketing Concierge is skilled in using all of our tools to help you prospect for business, promote a listing, stay in touch with your sphere of influence, build a social media presence, and keep your digital presence current and consistent. Your Marketing Concierge can create a custom proposal of services to meet your specific needs. 

Your Marketing Concierge has a scheduling link to facilitate setting up appointments at your convenience. By using this link, you will receive an appointment reminder and you can add the meeting to your calendar. Contact your region’s concierge to get their scheduling link.

Your Marketing Concierge will make every effort to accommodate an occasional rush request. We know the unexpected happens! As you can appreciate, your Marketing Concierge is balancing many requests and priorities so not every rush request can be met. However, your Marketing Concierge will give you an estimated date of completion and you can assess if that meets your needs.
