BHHS Connect Account Changes Effective July 24th, 2024
The single sign-on will continue to work from ACE. However, the BHHS Connect direct login link will change from app.kvcore.com to http://app.bhhsconnect.com. The direct login will be using Google authentication with your foxroach.com email address.
You will need to delete the current apps and redownload the CRM and Open House Apps from the links below:

You can log in using Google Authentication with your foxroach.com email. Additionally, the old apps will stop working at that time.
The BHHS Connect Support (blue chat bubble in the bottom right of the Connect dashboard) will now be directed to the BHHS Customer Success Team, providing more tailored support than the generic BoldTrail support. Additionally, you will have two new ways to contact support: via email at bhhssupport@HSfranchise.com and via phone at 855-422-9052.
Agents and other account holders will not be able to edit some elements of their BHHS Connect Profile, as it will be synchronized now with their BHHS Resource Center Profile. Here are two resources:
