Follow the steps below to import your contacts to BHHS Connect
Fill out this form: https://insiderealestate.formstack.com/forms/kvcore_import_request
Have your CSV file Ready to Attach the form. It should contain at least the first name, last name, and email address or cell number for texting.
All records without an email address will have a firstname.lastname@kvleads.com, you can change those once you get an email address.
Secondary Contact information will be uploaded but, consider uploading them in a separate contact record if you want to email them, etc..
Extra data that does not have a field will be imported into the "notes" section.
Check all your data as soon as you get notified, if you are unhappy with anything you can get everything deleted and start over.

1. Lead Status
Choose 'my spreadsheet has my preferred status for each contact'. Provide the column name, i.e.: Client Status, Contact Status, Status, or whatever the field name is in your CSV.
OR
If you do not have a column and you have multiple statuses in your sheet choose just "Sphere". Unless it's just clients or just leads.
2. Hashtags
Choose "Yes, the hashtags are in my spreadsheet." Provide the column name i.e. Groups, Labels, Tags, etc.
OR
tag them all with one hashtag ex: "leads from cole"
3. Deal Type - Contact Type
Choose 'my spreadsheet has my preferred status for each contact'. Provide the column name, i.e.: Type, Lead Type, Contact Type.
OR
If you do not have a column and you have multiple statuses in your sheet choose just "Buyer|Seller". Unless your file contains just agents or just vendors, etc.
