No insurance? No problem. I offer straightforward pricing and a no-surprises approach to payment:
🧠 $150 — Initial assessment (75 minutes)
💬 $130 — 60-minute sessions
⏰ $100 — 45-minute sessions
⏳ $65 — 30-minute sessions
You’re welcome to pay via credit card, and I can securely keep a card on file for stress-free billing (no scrambling for your wallet after a deep therapy session).
Want to get reimbursed through your insurance?
I’ve got you covered. I can provide a superbill—basically a fancy therapy receipt—which you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Just check with your plan to see if they accept it!
Not familiar with superbills?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the info your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. After our session, I can email it to you, and you’ll send it to your insurance (usually through their portal or by mail). If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may get reimbursed for part of the session cost—kind of like a refund from your insurance company.
