Subjects

At Outwood Academy Foxhills you will learn lots of new subjects that you might not have studied before alongside others that you have studies at Primary school.

One of the biggest changes is that you will move about the Academy to different classes.

Here is an example timetable:

You will see there are different periods (lessons) each day. This also tells you where the lesson is and who the teacher is.

For example Friday Period 3 is Maths with CHD (Mr Hazlewood) in M1

The school is separated into areas. It seems confusing at first but you will soon find your way around

M - Maths (First floor)

E - English (First floor)

S - Science (Accessed from First floor, bottom ramp and outside)

H - Humanities and Languages (First floor)

PA - Performing Arts and Music (Ground Floor)

Sp Hall - Sports Hall (Accessed from outside)

T - Technology (Ground Floor)

A - Art (Ground Floor)

IT - Information Technology (Ground Floor)

Inclusion - (Ground Floor)
