The New Careers Statutory Guidance issued in January 2018 expects schools to provide students from Year 8 to 13 with access to independent careers guidance.
IAG solutions
Progress Careersis an established company set up to deliver high-quality, flexible IAG solutions to schools. The professional, qualified and experienced careers advisers work with students, teachers and employers. They ensure that young people get the careers information and guidance they need. Their aim is to create bridges between schools, higher education and the world of employment.
Meeting the IAG needs of schools
They offer an outstandingly high level of careers IAG on a flexible and very accommodating basis, helping schools to meet their obligations under the statutory guidance issued in January 2018. In addition to supporting students directly, they also work closely with institutions to support them to achieve a quality award in CEIAG and the Gatsby benchmarks. Their only target is to meet the particular IAG needs of schools, students, parents and businesses in our operating areas. All the careers advisers are highly qualified. They also hold relevant DBS checks and are fully insured (including professional indemnity).
