As a founding partner and principal consultant of FDS, Jatin brings to his client engagements more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Provincial and Municipal Government, Law Enforcement, Financial Services, Manufacturing sectors including Leadership, Consulting and Technical project delivery specialization in a global environment.
Jatin is responsible for leading and overseeing service delivery for key clients and has led teams on project & program engagements involving end-to-end solution delivery involving Business Architecture, Analysis, Design, Quality Assurance, and Project Management domains.
Throughout his career Jatin has gained experience and expertise in both the private sector where he has provided business, technology, and management consulting to clients such as Ontario Provincial Services (OPS) on engagements with various ministries and I & IT clusters, Toronto Police Services, Scotiabank, and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).
Prior to founding FDS, Jatin has worked at management positions at Unilever, India leading teams in supply chain management, foods manufacturing, and engineering groups of teh company.
Jatin earned his M.B.A & M.S. Computer Science from San Diego State University (SDSU), California, U.S.A.
Jatin is passionate and brings his executive leadership skills, well-rounded background, and unwavering commitment to service excellence to each engagement with clients and candidates.
Kremlynne (Kem) Raj, founder partner of FDS brings in experience spanning over 15 years as seasoned professional with project management and business analysis expertise with large and complex IT and business projects in the public and private sectors (health care, financial services, telecommunication sectors). Kem has managed the delivery of multi-sized projects from end-to-end, on time, and on budget, while meeting corporate and client expectations.
