Report lost or unaccounted for sharp objects: 773-894-5000

1. Call to report the missing item and request event number

2. Conduct an immediate search of the area for the missing item (check video if available)

3. Notify the Security Regulator & Compliance Unit: cda_src@cityofchicago.org

4. Record all the information on the Sharp objects log (when time permits)

5. Cooperate with responding Security I Police personnel
