Through hands-on learning experiences, children are actively engaged in activities that make learning fun while helping them develop critical reading skills. Students share prayer requests daily, and we take great joy in seeing them demonstrate the fruits of the spirit--love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness & self-control.
Our teachers follow Tennessee Pre-Kindergarten teaching standards and reinforce foundational math skills each day during direct instruction and playtime. Our students thrive with hands-on activities that help them learn and grow.
Students learn valuable skills that will lead them to success in K-12 and beyond! Social interaction, vocabulary, manners, and school routines are reinforced in the classrooms.
Jean Piaget famously said, "play is the work of children." At Foundations, students enjoy play-based learning including developmental play, game-like instruction, dramatic play, collaborative games, and time outdoors.
