Parent Connections: Easter Egg Hunt!

Our second annual Easter Egg Hunt at Foundations Academy of Clarksville was a joyful day centered on connection, celebration, and childhood fun. We loved welcoming current, past, and future families to our campus for an event that truly reflects who we are as a preschool community.

As a Christian, faith-based program focused on early-childhood education, we value opportunities that bring families together. This event gave children the chance to spend meaningful time with their loved ones while also building relationships with other families. That sense of community engagement is an important part of helping children feel secure, supported, and excited about coming to school.

Throughout the day, students enjoyed a variety of hands-on games and activities designed to support learning in natural, playful ways. Children practiced counting as they collected eggs, explored letters through interactive stations, and engaged in early reading experiences. These moments encouraged teamwork, strengthened social skills, and supported language development, all while keeping the focus on fun.

Our certified teachers and qualified educators were present to guide activities and connect with families. Events like this allow parents to see how we provide individualized attention within our small class sizes. Our approach to play-based learning helps children build confidence and develop the skills they need for school readiness so they are truly prepared for kindergarten.

The Easter Egg Hunt itself was a highlight for everyone. Children explored our outdoor play spaces with excitement, working together and celebrating each find. Outdoor play remains an important part of how we support both learning and healthy development.

At Foundations Academy of Clarksville, we believe family involvement plays a key role in a child’s success. It was a pleasure to spend this time together and continue strengthening the relationships that make our school community so special.
