Learning Through Dramatic Play
Our Blockbuster-inspired classroom invited children to pretend to browse movies, select their favorites, and participate in the movie rental process. Through this imaginative experience, children practiced recognizing letters, counting movie cases, exploring reading, and expanding their language development as they communicated with friends and took on different roles.
The activity also encouraged teamwork and strengthened social skills as children shared materials, took turns, solved problems, and worked together. These meaningful interactions helped build confidence, independence, and the communication skills that are essential for lifelong learning.
