Foster America’s Alumni Program aims to develop and build a movement of fellowship alumni who will grow as system-change sector leaders to transform child welfare outcomes nationwide.
Alumni programming consists of three major areas of engagement:
Preparing fellows to enter the field of child welfare more broadly
Sustainably inspiring and motivating a pipeline of leaders within child welfare
Building an ecosystem for innovation.
