Press release TREA

TREA - the queen amongst the lights. Unique design, unique technology and a unique collection. This beautiful floor lamp has been designed by a renowned Slovak designer Juraj Karlik in a cooperation with FOSALI®. It is the first floor lamp complementing our collection of original chandeliers and luminaires that are proudly hand-made in Slovakia, with a use of unique optic fibres technology and powered LED technologies of own R&D.

The floor lamp stretches out to almost 2 metres in height and its formation has been inspired by the natural shapes of a growing tree, hence the name TREA. The base has been made from a stainless steel and we can offer other alternative surface finishes such as black, white or golden finish. The collection will also feature matching spotlights.

It is its great playfulness that really strikes one’s attention. The lamp can be used in the same way as a ceiling light or a wall version, it is that simple. Secondly, the ‘branches’ come in three different versions you can select one design or get creative and mix-n-match your own design. Moreover, the light sources are well hidden in the base and due to the special lighting characteristics of individual light rods with a special surface finish the light comes out very naturally without the usual dazzling effect which bulbs create. This makes the light appealing to the eye as well as fully functional accessory to the interior - a true masterpiece of art and lighting technologies.

The lamp is available in a natural 4000K colour with Cri>90, with other shades of white coming soon (2600K, 3000K, 5500K), also as a RGB+W version and with functionalities such as dimming option or being controlled by a smartphone or tablet.

You are cordially invited to TREA’s exclusive unveilation (odhalenie) during the exhibition EUROLUCE 2017 in Milano in our Stand 23, Hall 13.
