Adam is a founder of Fortune Acquisitions and a licensed attorney with expertise in managing high growth enterprises.
In 2006, he began working with Doug Dale in the single family residential real estate sector, leading to the eventual launch of Fortune Acquisitions. Adam assumes day-to-day oversight of Fortune’s transactional activities and strategic capital management, as well as legal affairs, accounting and tax strategy. Along with Doug, Adam has participated in the successful launch, operation and sunset of multiple investment funds under the Fortune banner, and is also a co-founder of HomeRiver Group.
In addition to his real estate investment activities, Adam co-founded the biosciences technology firm Isprit Systems in 2003 and helped launch Freedom Healthworks in 2009.
Adam received his B.A. in Finance and Business Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2003. He received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law in 2009. He maintains an active Indiana law license.
