Throughout the month of February, scholars from all LUC disciplines will be announced on our Instagram page and uploaded to the website as well.
The conference takes place on Saturday, March 14, at Leiden University – Spui Campus, Spui 5, 2511 BL The Hague. Registration opens at 10:45, and the opening session begins at 11:15 sharp.
Go to the registration desk in the lobby and show your ticket. You will receive a wristband which grants you access to sessions and activities throughout the day. Please bring a valid ID or LU Card (for Leiden students).

Yes, but note that workshop spaces and dialogue discussions are limited. Early bird participants receive a form to reserve a spot. Others can join on a first-come, first-served basis. Have a second choice in mind for each timeslot.
You can still register and join sessions, but we encourage everyone to arrive by 11:15 to get the most out of the day.
Yes, all participants are expected to follow the event's Code of Conduct and the regulations of the venue. Improper behaviour or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol may result in removal. See the full Code of Conduct below.
Yes! But please be respectful of speakers and fellow participants. If you do not want to appear in conference photos, email globalchallenges@fortuna-luc.nl in advance.
