Field Trips

After signing up to chaperone a field trip, the homeroom teacher will contact you if you need an updated background check or chaperone training video. If you need chaperone training, watch the video link below and email lori.crawford@fortthomas.kyschools.us to let her know you have completed the training video. Background check forms are to be completed and returned to school for submission. 

• Scheduled Field Trips:

  • October 4: Campbell County Environmental Education Center (We can take as many chaperones as we wish.)

  • March 27 or 28: California Woods Nature Center for Weather program (limit 5 chaperones per class)
