Professional Development for teachers. Initial PD and planning before the beginning of the school year, and regular professional learning throughout the year.
Initially, teachers work with 1-2 content standards that have been chosen after studying testing data, using the arts area(s) in which they feel the most comfortable.
Arts teachers are available to assist classroom teachers with planning and implementation.
Students fully participate in class activities, developing teamwork and increasing their work ethic.
Teachers help students apply their learning in arts-based activities to core subject knowledge.

Classroom teachers use arts-based strategies to maximize engagement.
Arts teachers regularly visit classes to look for ways to facilitate higher learning through the arts. Also, arts teachers help facilitate lessons when needed.
