Does your team need help with the PLC process?

Meet with a statewide collaborative team for advice and problem solving.

Step 1: Find when the needed team meets.

K-6 Meeting Dates

K Dates: 2nd Tuesday of the month @ 3:30

1st Dates: 2nd Tuesday of the month @ 3:30

2nd Dates: 3rd Tuesday of the month @ 3:30

3rd Dates: 3rd Tuesday of the month @ 3:30

4th Dates: 1st Tuesday of the month @ 3:30

5th Dates: 1st Tuesday of the month @ 3:30

6th Dates: 1st Tuesday of the month @ 3:30

7-HS Meeting Dates

7th Dates: 1st Thursday of the month @ 3:30

8thDates: 1st Thursday of the month @ 3:30

High School ELA Dates: 2nd Thursday of the month @ 3:30

High School STEM Dates: 2nd Thursday of the month @ 3:30

CTE Dates: 3rd Thursday of the month @ 3:30

SPED Dates: 3rd Thursday of the month @ 3:30


Step 2: Check the calendar for previously scheduled meetings.

Click on the event links to learn more about who is meeting and what topics are being visited.
You may select either "event details" or "add to my calendar". Within "event details",
click on the blue "Join with Google Meet" button to join the meeting.

IF there is a district requesting a meeting if you see a location OTHERWISE you will see "Collab" indicating a normal grade level meeting
If you see the date is already taken, either:
pick the next open date OR join the scheduled meeting if you need help in the same area (priority will go to the team who signed up).

Step 3: Use the Google form to request a meeting.

(It may be necessary to scroll down depending upon your screen resolution.)

Step 4: Meet with your collaborative team at the scheduled time.

Expect to hear from the team administrator prior to the meeting.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

  • Define the problem to be addressed.

  • Prepare digital copies for virtual collaboration.

  • Follow the group norms.

  • Approach with a positive mindset, the answers are "in the room".
