Mrs. Dwyer
Hello!
I am a special education teacher at FAMS. I will be teaching a seventh grade math class as well as co-teaching seventh grade Math with Mr. LeMire and English Language Arts with Mr. Springstroh. This is my fifth year with FAMS but my seventh year teaching. Before coming to FAMS, I was teaching at a small, urban school in Central Missouri. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Ripon College in 2013.
My husband and I live in Watertown with our 5 year old daughter. She is a very happy, easy-going, lovable toddler who keeps us on our toes! We have two dogs named Easton and Oakley. Easton is an australian shepherd and Oakley is a lab/hound mix. As a family, we love being outdoors and watching sporting events.
I am looking forward to working with seventh graders this year. I believe in having open communication, especially now more than ever. Communication is what will help us succeed. We all need to remember to have compassion, understanding, flexibility, and positivity to both staff and students. I can not wait to get this year started!
