With the Big Buddy Program, FAHS students are given the opportunity to pair up with students at the four elementary schools in Fort Atkinson. The high school students act as mentors and friends as they visit their little buddies at various times throughout the year.

Latinx creates activities such as fundraisers, holiday celebrations, outings, and networking events in which every student could learn about Latin American culture and have a great time. As well as create a sense of community on campus and promote diversity.
The National Art Honor Society was established in 1978 in the United States by the National Art Education Association for high school students grades 9-12 from the National Art Honor Society. The NAEA also offers a National Junior Art Honor Society for students in grades 6-8.
The National Honor Society is a nationwide organization for high school students in the United States and outlying territories, which consists of many chapters in high schools.
Selection is based on four criteria: scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
The Science & Environmental Club is and has been a club both diverse in its interests and its activities over the years. What the club focuses on in any given year depends greatly on the desires of the members.
Some years we focus on environmental issues and advocacy. Examples of past projects and focus include: public awareness campaigns, tree planting, trash pick up at school, roadside clean up, river clean up, presenting at environmental conferences, field trips, ski trips, & guest speakers.
Other years we focus more broadly on science in general. Past activities have included: Science Olympiad, robotics, science conferences, trips to areas of interest (such as a museum or planetarium), guest speakers, Science Week, and many other things.
Super Science Gag Show: Every year some members of the club help with the Super Science Gag Show. We need folks to work backstage, cameras, lights, sound, etc for the live portion of the show. We also need creative folks who are up for script writting, filming, acting, editing prop making etc... for the movie portion of the show. For the 2020-2021 year, we are not doing one before Winter Break, but may do something later in the year.
The FAHS Student Senate is an active organization which is open to all students in grades 9-12.
Student Senate meets once a month and is open to all students. Student Senate is responsible for planning and implementing a variety of activities for the student body throughout the year. The goal of student senate is to represent all students and to promote a positive school climate. All students are encouraged to attend meetings and become involved in this organization. Participation is voluntary and is highly encouraged and needed.
The main purpose of Unified Champions is to establish one-on-one friendships for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities while creating leadership development for everyone involved; in addition the program highlights the importance of equal treatment and the enjoyment of togetherness.
