Welcome students to the 2023-204 school year!!!!  I am looking forward to getting to know you all but here is a little bit about me.  I have taught Special Education at Fort Osage High School for 24 years.  I graduated from the University of Oklahoma where I earned a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and certified in Special Education. In addition to that, I received  my masters degree from Graceland University in Curriculum and Instruction.  I have been married to my husband Don for 24 years.  We have two children , daughter Lauren who is 23 and graduated from Fort Osage and a son Jacob who is 17 and is a Senior here at the high school. I have one spoiled fur baby, Rocky my pug. You will hear a lot about him in class.  In my spare time, I love to decorate and design to showcase my creative side.  I love to swim and enjoy spending time with my friends and family.  I love to watch college football in the fall season, especially OU.  You will soon find out that our classroom is full of ladybugs because I believe they are a sign of good luck and promotes beauty within.  I look forward to welcoming you to our class.  Let's have a fantastic year!!!!!!!!!!!!!
