Dear Parent/ Guardian,

My name is Mrs. Dudley and I am thrilled and excited to be teaching your student this year. This year I will be teaching Spanish 1, 3 and 4. I truly hope that your student will find this course interesting, challenging, and sometimes even entertaining. The student who truly applies him or herself to learning will literally discover a whole new world beyond our own community.

As a teacher, my number one concern is student learning. That’s my job—making sure that I’m doing everything I can do to help your child learn. For some students, this is an easy task, but for others it can be difficult. We can work together to help your student; good communication is a key factor for success. I send out parent contacts before major projects and chapter tests. Please e-mail or call me when you have questions. If your student is struggling, feel free to contact me or I will contact you.

This year will definitely be different for everyone and will present its unique set of challenges but I am excited for a new school year.
