Here's a little bit about me:

• I was born in Arizona and lived there until July, when I moved to Missouri to be closer to family.

• Although this is my 15th year teaching, my degree is in Journalism, and I still write and edit on the side.

• I've been married to Kristin since 2011, and our daughter, Clara, is a second grader at Indian Trails Elementary.

• We love to explore, whether it be camping along the Oregon Coast, the beaches of San Diego, or this past summer, driving through Utah and Colorado.

• Running has always been a part of my life, both on the road and the trails. I've run multiple marathons and ultramarathons and hope to continue in Missouri.

• My record collection is alive and growing! Come by and check out a small sampling (the rest are in my basement).
