My name is Jay Kolster. I am proud to serve Fort Osage as the Career Exploration instructor. I am also a varsity baseball assistant. Prior to Fort Osage, I spent 11 years at Van Horn High School and three years at Lexington High School. I hold a Ed.S in Leadership and a M.S. in Exercise Science, and a B.S. in Physical Education.
