Who We Are
Career & Technology Center at Fort Osage
The CTC is a career and technical education center that strives to provide students with a hands on approach to learning within in demand careers in Jackson County, MO. Students can choose from 19 programs to help them become success ready to join the workforce or begin their collegiate journey. Students attending come from 5 area public schools including Fort Osage, Blue Springs, Blue Springs South, Grain Valley, and Oak Grove. Students residing in these districts who attend private school are also eligible to attend.
Career Innovation Center
The CIC is the home of the Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy program through it's partnership with the CTC and the Fort Osage School District. It offers several programs that focus on hands on learning and industry connections for student success.
Instructor
Dr. Dalton Krysa, PT, DPT
Dr. Krysa is a graduate of Fort Osage High School where he went on to play collegiate football at Missouri Western State University while earning a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Following his time at Western, Dr. Krysa achieved his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri and went on to work in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic where he focused on rehabilitating individuals with sports injuries. Dr. Krysa began the Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy program for the CTC in the Fall of 2021.
