Allow us to introduce our community „Jamu Gendong In Germany“. We are the community of Jamu Gendong, one of Indonesia’s most preserved heritages, based in Hessen, Germany.

As a Main Initiator of Jamu, I believed that as an Indonesian, we should raise awareness of this heritage; and share its proven benefits and tradition to the world authentically, attested from the root of its history. This decadent trust should not only stop from our own ancestry line. With the help of social media platforms and direct interaction, ie; Talk Show, Workshop, Jamu Tasting, etc we are able to revive the continuity of its existence.

Me, myself, is known as a certified „Acaraki“, so-called, The Jamu Maker. I attained the given Title, and Jamu Maker Certificate, after succesfully completed the courses in both praticum and theory from various Gurus in Indonesia. Hope to pass down this vital recipe, and the right way of making Jamu, during the event Workshop. And, feel free to contact me, anytime.

She studied mainly Vinyasa (fluid movements connected to the breathing), Yin Yoga (mind and body stillness) and Chinese Traditional Medicine (meridians and acupuncture), Yaga Nidra (yogic sleep), and Chakras.
