What are camp hours?

• 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

• If a camper is picked up past 6:00, a late fee of $1.00 per minute, per camper must be paid within 24 hours.

What kind of activities will be available?

• We will have crafts, games, quiet time with a movie, art projects, recreational time in the gym, outside play,  plus special daily events.  So much more fun than can be listed here!

How does camp pick-up and drop off work?

• Pick up and drop off will be at the Whitlow Elementary front office located through the Castleberry Heights neighborhood entrance

• Drop off will be from 7:30 am - 9:00 am 

• Pick up will from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

What should campers bring with them to camp?

• Campers should bring two snacks, lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, hat, extra change of clothes (this is important for ALL campers because spills happen to everyone)

• There are a few scholarships opportunities available for 2025

How do you manage camper allergies and medical needs?

• If your camper has any kind of medical needs, please contact Kathy Brott at kbrott61@forsyth.k12.ga.us.

What happens in the event of a student emergency such as illness or injury?

• The camper's primary contact will be notified in the event of an emergency situation. If no contact can be made with the primary contact, the camper's emergency contact number will be used.

What should my child bring for the special event days?

• Theme related items such as: 

  • Pokémon Day: cards, stuffed animals, clothing

  • Video Game Day: iPads, phones, Nintendo Switch, computers, and school appropriate games

  • Nerf Day: Bring any nerf blasters/nerf gear for a day of fun

  • Water Day at School: change of clothes, water blasters, towel, sunscreen

  • Aquatic Center Day: change of clothes, water blasters, towel, sunscreen - must be dropped off by 9:00 am in order to load busses and leave on time - campers will need to take their lunches on the bus and will eat at the Aquatic Center

  • Lanierland Park Day: Please dress campers prepared for playing outside, sunscreen, water bottle - must be dropped off by 9:00 am in order to load busses and leave on time - campers will take their lunches with them to Central Park

  • Billy Beez: athletic attire, water bottle - must be dropped off by 9:00 am in order to load busses and leave on time

  • Stars & Strikes Day: athletic attire, water bottle, campers may bring money for snacks - must be dropped off by 9:00 am in order to load busses and leave on time
