THE COLT CONNECTION
September 11 ,2026
Kelly Mill Families,
It's time for our annual PTO fundraiser—Boosterthon! Our amazing PTO takes on additional responsibilities to make this event a huge success for our school, maximizing the funds we raise to do incredible things at KME. We are so grateful for the time, energy, and heart they pour into making this happen!
We kick things off on Tuesday, so get ready for lots of communication, hype, and excitement as we rally our entire KME community to support this event! Daily goals and incentives will be shared throughout the week, and you can get a sneak peek in the PTO section below.
Our Boosterthon team has been working hard for months to make this a success for our school. The decorations are up, the energy is growing, and we are looking forward to an exciting week ahead!
Mark your calendars for September 23 as we celebrate with a huge Boosterthon event! We can't wait to see our Colts come together, have fun, and make a difference for Kelly Mill.
Let's do this, Colts! 💙

It all begins Tuesday, September 15th and ends with the Fun Run on Wednesday, September 23rd. We’ve got prizes, school wide incentives and more! You’ll be getting more information from your child’s room parent, in addition to KME PTO’s Instagram and Facebook pages, where you’ll be able to see all the fun we’re cooking up during Boosterthon! Kelly Mill Family, our mission to build a fully inclusive playground for every child in our county is in full swing! We recently celebrated a huge milestone—our very first $25,000 corporate donation from a generous local construction company!
To help us cross the finish line, we’re asking every KME family to help us make one connection. Do you own a business, work for a local company, or know a business leader in Forsyth County?
Through the PEACH Education Tax Credit, Georgia businesses and taxpayers can redirect their state income tax dollars directly to our playground project. It’s a dollar-for-dollar credit, meaning local businesses can make a huge, lasting impact for our kids at $0 net cost to their bottom line!
Whether it's connecting us with a corporate partner or making an individual family donation, every effort helps us move from the sidelines to the center of play.
