From March 3 at 9am to March 7 at 4pm, students and parents will be able to log into Infinite Campus to view updated course requests.
Please take a screenshot of these requests, as requests will not be available after March 7.
This is not a schedule; these are only updated course requests. Schedules will be released in late July.
Please note, counselors cannot make changes to course requests during the viewing window. If there is a legitimate error, counselors will make changes after the viewing window closes. Only legitimate errors will be fixed after the viewing window (course input error, missing graduation requirement, etc.).
If your student has too few or too many courses listed in their requests, counselors will call your student down to the cafeteria the week of March 10th to rectify these errors.
Fill out the Late IE2 Request Form if you wish to have an IE2 period at the beginning or end of your day. Please note the following:
9th, 10th, and 11th grade students may have one IE2 periods in their schedule, if they wish do to do IE2.
12th grade students must have at least 4 academic classes to be full-time students. This means they have room in their schedule for three IE2 periods, if they wish to do IE2.
12th grade athletes and students who receive social security must have 5 classes for eligibility purposes, which means they can only have two IE2 periods. Note, an athlete is any student who participates in GHSA Competitions (this includes One Act, Bass Fishing, Esports, Literary, etc.).
IE2 must be at the beginning and/or end of the day, and students must fill out this form to be considered. Students must have their own transportation to or from school to have an IE2 period.
