Program Pantheon
The pantheon is the program. The floor is our foundation. It is what we stand on and guides our daily steps. The walls (pillars) of our program are the Core Values. These provide structure and support so that we can withstand any trials and tribulations. The ceiling is our vision. As we lay down at night and stare at the ceiling, we gain perspective. We can rest easy knowing we are doing these things daily. The roof is our mission. The roof shields us from all elements. It is our protector and ties everything together. Without the roof, the rest of the house would crumble. All of these aspects play a vital role in building the program.
The Program
Mission: Make A Difference
We believe we can make a difference in the lives of our players through this game.
We believe we can teach our players to make a difference in the lives of others through this game.
Vision: This program will be a place where:
Parents want to send their kids.
Players will maximize their talents as players and people.
Players learn skills to help them succeed in life after high school.
Players will be challenged daily to grow and mature on and off the field.
Core Values: The kids in our program will be challenged daily to uphold these values.
Effort- Honor the game and be hungry! Bring your best mental and physical effort daily.
Attitude- Your attitude is a choice. Positivity is contagious. Negativity is a weakness!
Serve- There is power in serving others. Those that serve each other, love each other. We will be a team who loves each other.
Toughness- We will pride ourselves on being a mentally and physically tough football team. It starts in the weight room! Tough people win. Emotion and situations are temporary. You either win or you learn!
Team First- The greatest honor in life is being a teammate. Understand the value and responsibility you possess. Everything we do is for the team!
Foundation: We will be built on Consistency, Commitment, and Accountability
Consistency: Stack good days on good days. Emotion, feelings, external motivation cannot control you. Program wide consistency is not a difference maker, it is THE difference maker!
Commitment- Commit to what you are doing. Whatever you do, do it to the best of your ability daily.
Accountability- Be willing to accept the responsibility of your actions. You have a role in this program, and it is very important. It takes us all to build a championship program.
