President - Run all meetings, create agenda for monthly meetings (approved in advance by club advisor), maintain communications (GroupMe) with club members, and perform other duties as requested by teacher-advisor(s). In addition, the president will make a brief speech at the Beta Club induction ceremonies.
Vice President - Take attendance at all meetings, keep teacher-advisors aware of attendance, act in the place of the president in their absence from meetings, activities, and duties, serve as a general assistant to the president, and assist other officers as needed.
Secretary - Take notes at officer meetings to correspond with members. and assist other officers as needed. Prepare publications for the yearbook, school newsletters, and social media.
Treasurer - Keep records of service hours for members in your grade & keep teacher advisors aware of participation, and assist other officers as needed.
Historian - Maintain visual records (photos) of service projects and club activities; in conjunction with the secretary, prepare publications for school newsletters, yearbook, and social media. Also, assist other officers as needed.
Member-at-large - With other grade-level member-at-large officers, coordinate service projects.
