Below you will find forms to fill out for your workshop selections. You will need to fill out each form: blue, yellow, red and pink. Please make sure you have put your name and school on each form.
Your teacher has signed you up for a Specialists workshop ( Bricks 4 kids or Code Avengers) Please state you are attending that workshop in the correct time slot. For example: ( your teacher has signed you up for Code Avengers workshop 2- you will fill out the yellow form and click the Pre-selected code avengers option on form) If you don't know ask them they have a copy of the workshop that you/they signed you up to.
Please only chose one option on the form
If the workshop is full it will say "This workshop is full please choose another one" - please do this.
There is a detailed description of the workshops below called PRESENTATION WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS
Your teacher will get a copy of the workshops you have signed up for so you will know where you going on the day.
