PriVAte Lessons

The Jackson/Rhodes private lesson program allows students to study with PROFESSIONAL MUSICIANS ON EACH INSTRUMENT! These teachers have gone through extensive training to help you child achieve at their highest level (and have a ton of fun while doing it). 

Why should I take private lessons?

Private lessons meet your students exactly where they are. For students who are ready to move faster than their band class, they can learn extra solos and learn extended techniques. For students who feel like they are struggling, private lessons can be a great way to target their specific needs. 

Do private lessons cost money?

Lessons cost $25 per week. There is an opportunity for students to receive financial assistance. When you sign up for private lessons, there will be a chance to request information to sing up for financial assistance. 

When do private lessons happen?

Lessons happen once per week for 30 minutes. Most teachers are able to teach during student's normal class period. In some special cases we will work with you to schedule classes before or after school. The sooner you sign up, the more likely you are to get the best time slot before the teacher's schedule starts to fill up.
