English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR):
Note: The ELAR section is made up of multiple choice questions and an Essay writing section. Students who do not meet a score of 945 or higher on the Multiple Choice section will automatically be given the Diagnostic exam afterwards.
Math:
Note: The Math section is made up of multiple choice questions. Students who do not meet a score of 950 or higher on the Multiple Choice section will automatically be given the Diagnostic exam afterwards.
945 or higher on Multiple Choice section
AND a score of 5 or higher on the Essay.
(OR score lower than 945 on Multiple Choice section AND a score of 5 or higher on the Essay AND a score of 5 or higher on the Diagnostic test.)
950 or higher on Multiple Choice section
(OR score lower than 950 on Multiple Choice section AND a score of 6 or higher on the Diagnostic test.)
Evidence-Based Reading and Writing (EBRW):
Math:
480 or higher
530 or higher
A combined score of 40 on the English and Reading (E+R) tests
A score of 22 on the mathematics test
