How to Use Responder Admin Video (13min.)

I am having an issue with my Responder Admin account that is not addressed in the video, who do I contact?

How many shifts can I take a month?

EMT Phase II & III - 2 shifts

EMT Phase I & Student Attendants- 1 shift

*You can pick up additional shifts using the 48-hour rule (if a shift is open 48 hours before shift start time). Ex. If there is an open Friday shift that starts at 1800, you may pick it up at 1800 on Wednesday.

Can I leave early or come late?

We ask if you take a shift you are there the whole time. If you need to leave an hourish early or arrive an hourish late, please put it in the comments box on Responder Admin and text your crew chief. 

Can I schedule a shift for next month?

The calendar opens for the next month usually in the last week of the current month. If you schedule a shift before the calendar opens your shift will be deleted.
