Sports Drills-Athletic Workouts

Train Like A Pro

If a given workout/drill calls for specific equipment that you don't have, utilize something you have at home or use your imagination.

EXAMPLES:

  1. Instead of using a ladder for agility drills, draw one on your driveway or sidewalk with chalk.

  2. Don't have hurdles? Draw a line to represent one or use a different object that is safe to hurdle over. SAME WORKOUT, SAME CONCEPT, but with modified equipment. If it calls for weights that you don't have, fill an empty milk carton, empty juice container, or anything that can be capped, up with water to different levels to represent different levels of resistance.

  3. Don't have cones? Use a different object, or sidewalk chalk, to represent where the cones should be.

ALWAYS ASK IF YOU NEED HELP/IDEAS!
