The mission of the Fontbonne Social Justice Project is to fight for equality on an issue you are passionate about. Using several papers, presentations, and action plans, students spread awareness and educate the Fontbonne community, and any others they share their project with, on an often overlooked issue our world faces.

My social justice topic is abuse in the dance community. I chose it because dancing and teaching dance is my passion, and I am aware of many unjust things that happen in both recreational environments and the professional industry. My goal for this project is to educate Fontbonne Academy, along with any others who chose to read my project about overlooked and often hidden things that happen to dancers.
